| Description | The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a contract with a Respondent or Respondents to provide real-time simulation systems and components for the FSU Center for Advanced Power Systems (CAPS). The contract term is anticipated to be through April 30th, 2021 with one (1) annual renewal option. Any and all renewals are subject to satisfactory performance evaluations by FSU. All terms and conditions of the original agreement will remain in force for the renewal period. |
