As of December 12, 2022, the project is in final planning. The project has been submitted into the Pennsylvania Low Income Housing for tax credit and is under review. The project received zoning approval from the City of Johnstown; however, no building permits have been submitted. Information regarding the architect and general contractor has not been disclosed.
