Camelback Road SR303 to 152nd Avenue Roadway - Design Services

The project will consist of approximately a 2 mile long section of Camelback Road for roadway infrastructure improvements, with turn lanes, medians, lighting, landscaping, pedestrian and bicycle amenities between SR303 to 152nd Avenue. The design includes expansion to a 6-lane cross section with a raised median and turn lanes. Consultant shall develop permit ready plans, specifications, probable cost estimates, coordinate all utilities and associated relocations, and all design services for the project. Tasks also include the preparing legal descriptions and exhibits for right-of-way acquisition and obtaining environmental clearances. This will include, but not limited to the following: programming for the present and future development, all engineering design, all roadway improvements, ingress and egress circulation from adjacent streets, storm water retention requirements, irrigation ditch relocation and coordination, landscape/hardscape design.
