Construction of the New Sussex County Public Safety Building

The new facility will be constructed as an addition to the existing Emergency Operations Center (EOC) with related renovations of the existing facility. The new building shall include offices, simulation rooms, conference rooms, fitness room, locker rooms, bunk rooms, warehouse, garage and related staff and support areas. The renovation shall include new kitchen facilities, renovation to building MEP systems and a new lobby connection with the new EMS building.The completed work shall include site work, concrete, masonry, steel framing, metal and membrane roofing, steel studs and drywall, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals, and shall perform all operations required to completely finish all of the work in the manner approved by the Architect.
