Description

Work of this Contract comprises the renovations including, but not limited to: 1. Full roofing membrane and insulation replacement on Building 1. Included in the replacement: (a) Provide new modified bitumen built-up roofing mechanically attached over new lightweight insulating concrete LIC) to meet ¼” per foot slope and minimum R-value of 20. The system will be attached on concrete over the metal deck (low and mid roof) and metal deck (high roof). 2. Replace existing chiller and pumps in Building 4. 3. Replace existing pumps in Building 1. The M/WBE Participation Goal for the General Contractor shall be 25 percent or more. The M/WBE Participation Goal for all other Contractors shall be 1() percent or more.
