Major quantities for the Work include: 310 TON AGGREGATE SURFACING 1 EACH SANITARY BYPASS 840 LF 8 INCH PVC SANITARY SEWER MAIN 1,370 LF 10 INCH HDPE SANITARY SEWER (PIPE BURST) 270 LF 14 INCH HDPE SANITARY SEWER (PIPE BURST) 21 EACH SANITARY SEWER SERVICES 1 EACH TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE 2 EACH FURNISH AND INSTALL HYDRANT 6 EACH FURNISH AND INSTALL 6 INCH GATE VALVE 1,810 LF 6 INCH WATER MAIN (HDD OR OPEN CUT) Additional Description: Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labour standards in accordance with Federal Davis Bacon and Minnesota prevailing wages.
