Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Lashaun Marshall, via email at lashaun.marshall@cincinnati-oh.gov. The materials/services shall be delivered, as ordered, during the period beginning on the effective date of the contract and ending twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract. Prices should be quoted in the units requested; However, the City will award a contract to only one successful bidder, considering the total requirements. For a bid to receive consideration prices must be quoted for each and every item. Note: Bidder must submit a quote on each and every item. Failure to quote all items shall be cause to reject your bid At the sole discretion of the City the contract may be renewed for two (2) additional (12) twelve- month periods. These options shall be automatically exercised unless written notice to the contrary is filed with either party not later than thirty days prior to the expiration of the current contract period. Such notice shall be provided in writing. It is understood and agreed that the contract may be renewed only under the same conditions governing the original contract
