Roadway Seal Project - 2022

The Project is to be substantially complete in 40 working days, and finally complete in 50 working days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The work of this contract consists of slurry sealing streets within the Jacoby Farms Subdivision and chip sealing Weld County Road 17 & Weld County Road 15. See the construction drawings for additional information. Each Bidder shall file with his Bid a an acceptable Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
