The general items of work to be done consist of clearing and grading all areas as required for the installation of all improvements as shown on the plans including, but not limited to, new wrought iron fencing, fence posts with footings, block wall fencing, pedestrian gates, vehicular swing and rolling gates, gate motors and loops, camera poles and mounts, all required electrical connections for motor, gate and access entry points, restoring all improvements to preconstruction conditions, and all other related work required as indicated on the project plans for the PD Fence Installation on Seville Avenue Project.
