On-Call Plumbing Services

SCOPE: UMC invites interested parties to submit statements of qualifications for experienced and qualified Firms to provide Task Order / On-Call plumbing services to UMC on an as needed basis in support of UMCs Plant Operations Department. Contractors responding to this RFQ must be licensed in the State of Nevada, with a local office in the Las Vegas metropolitan area staffed by a licensed Contractor pursuant to NRS 624. Proposers must be the Prime Contractor for that service category and must self-perform more than 50 percent of the identified service. UMC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
