New Consolidated Headquarters for CIS

As of May 2023, the project is in design. A firm contractor bidding and construction timeline have not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: There will not be a pre-bid conference. Questions may be submitted in writing as detailed in the RFP document. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit offers from qualified Architectural firms to provide design/architectural services for a new consolidated headquarters for CIS (Owner).Anticipated Contract Commencement: May 2022,Submission of Final Questions about the RFP: March 18, 2022, 5:00 p.m. (PT).The project budget including A/E, permits, fees and construction is approximately $15,000,000. If proposers have questions about the RFP, they are encouraged to submit them as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. (PT) on March 18, 2022. Questions must be in writing and may be e-mailed to the Contact Person above. CIS will not be obligated to answer any questions received after the deadline, or any questions submitted in a manner other than as instructed above. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified Architectural firms to provide design/architectural services for a new consolidated headquarters for CIS (Owner). The Architect will work with the Owner's team (Owner and Owner's Representative) through the design, construction and move-in phases of the new building. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
