Description

The repair of concrete stairs and landings for Barbee Hall and Haley Hall. In addition contractor will provide pricing to include the repair of balconies with exposed rebar located at Barbee Hall and Haley Hall. The contractor is to remove damaged concrete, clean exposed rebar with blasting methods or other industry standards. Also replace any damaged rebar as required. Apply manufactures primer and rebuild damaged areas using a three component repair compound that is visually free from defects once applied to damaged surfaces. Contractor is to follow all manufactures recommendations for installation and adhere to all codes and standards associated with work performed. Contractor must have completed a minimum of three projects at any of the University of North Carolina System Schools. Products used must be manufactured under an ISO 9001 Registered Quality Management System.
