Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Demolition of existing 17-space asphalt parking lot and concrete sidewalks. A new stormwater pond will split between the new entrance and exit from Upton Ave. New asphalt for the parking lot which will now hold 38 available spaces. New concrete sidewalks for access through and parking lots. New light poles will finish out the project. SCHEDULE: Project is scheduled to begin June 1, 2024 and a final completion date is scheduled for July 15, 2024. SITE VISITS: This site is opened to the public and may be viewed at any time.
