Excavation Services

The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a non-exclusive contract for Excavation Services with the State of New Hampshire, Department of Administrative Services as detailed in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract(s). 5/3/2022 Last day for questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid 8/1/2022 Implementation of Contract The term of the contract shall be from August 1, 2022 or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later, through July 31, 2024, a period of approximately two (2) years. The contract may be extended for one additional year at terms and conditions acceptable to both parties. Any such contract extension shall be subject to approval by Governor and Council. Submissions shall clearly identify the bid Number, the Vendor(s)'s name and address and the name of the person submitting the question.
