County Road 601 Gas Line Extension. The work shall consist of: Furnish and Installation of approximately 16,900 Feet of 2" Polyethylene Gas Line and Other Miscellaneous Items. Any bid in excess of $50,000 must contain on the outside of the envelope the contractors current certificate of responsibility number, and no bid shall be opened or considered unless this number appears on the outside of the envelope or unless a statement is included on the outside of the envelope indicating that the bid enclosed does not exceed $50,000 Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the CITY OF BALDWYN, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
