Furnishing and Delivering of Cold Water Meters

Bidders shall provide two (2) sets of firm unit prices, the 1st to furnish and deliver cold water meters for a period of one (1) year following the date of contract execution and the 2nd to furnish and deliver cold water meters for a period of two (2) years following the date of contract execution. All bids must be completed in accordance with the requirements described in the General Requirements. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid and to accept the bid or bids which, in its judgment, best serve the interest of the Authority. If the bid does not comply with the above requirements at the time of bid opening, the bid may be rejected. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days following the date for receipt of the bids.
