Preventive Maintenance of Generators and Ancillary Equipment

The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Capital District Psychiatric Center are seeking a qualified vendor to provide Preventive Maintenance Services for Generators and Ancillary Equipment at the Capital District Psychiatric Center. The specific deliverables are outlined in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Questions are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM EST August 19. Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses sent to the bidders list by August 26. Responses will also be posted to the NYS Contract Reporter website electronically Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation.
