| Description | The contractor shall respond to service calls from NUWCDIVNPT’s Facilities and make repairs to the automatic doors. Although the number fluctuates annually, upwards of fifteen (15) automatic doors require service every year. The contractor shall repair out-of-service automatic doors. The contractor shall arrive within three working days of a phone call from NUWCDIVNPT’s Facilities to diagnose problem. The contractor shall either repair door on site, or if parts are required return within three working days after parts are on hand. |
