Description

The project consists of invasive species management on District owned parcels at the County Grounds and along Underwood Creek-Phase 1 and the Kinnickinnic River, between Sixth Street and I-94. The Contractor will use vegetation management techniques including hand pulling and digging, herbicide application (foliar), herbicide application (cut stump), mechanical mowing, and hand mowing for the third of the proposed three-year invasive management period with field work extending from April 2021 through November 2021. The project also includes erosion control and seeding of managed areas. The total project area is approximately 87.5 acres.
