| Description | GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Mid-Atlantic, is seeking qualified companies that can provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform inspection, maintenance, and certification of Recovery Material Bulk Containers (RMBC) at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: The Contactor shall efficiently inspect, maintain and certify Recovery Material Bulk Containers (RMBC). The contract is intended to be entirely indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity work (IDIQ) work ordered as required for non-recurring services. The scope of work includes (10,000 gal) railcars, (5,000 gal) tank trailers, (1,000 and 600 gal) metal containers and (600 ga1) poly tanks. |
