| Description | All debris resulting from demolition / cleanup operations shall be removed as it accumulates and shall not be allowed to be stored on site. Debris shall not be burned on the site.Demolition / clean up shall be conducted in a safe and workmanlike manner in accordance with all Federal, State, and local Laws.All surplus materials removed shall become the property of the contractor and shall be removed from the premises unless otherwise agreed. Entire lot shall be left in a mowable condition and have positive drainage that does not create pooling water.
