Description

1.Provide chemical treatment and water testing as recommended by the manufacturer. 2. Provide preventative maintenance on all cooling towers and associated equipment (chemical pumps, bearings, belts, etc.) at the locations listed. 3. Provide quotes to Plant Services for repair and/or modification of existing cooling towers to current manufacturers’ specifications. 4. Reduce electrical consumption through improved heat transfer efficiency accomplished by minimizing scale, corrosion, fouling, and microbiological growth, which creates deposits on heat transfer surfaces. 5. Minimize repair and maintenance costs associated with replacement and cleaning of equipment due to scale, corrosion, fouling, or microbiological activity, by providing manufacturer-recommended services.
