Description

The removal of existing wood decking at the walkway that spans across the retention pond at the St. Augustine campus. The existing wood decking is causing a trip hazard and is deteriorating. There will be two options for the replacement: Base Bid: Removing the existing decking and replacing with a new P.T. wood decking system and Bid Alt #1: Removing the existing decking and adding additional support joists and a new composite wood decking with concealed fasteners.
