| Description | Qualified Bidders who are licensed HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) contractors to establish a term contract for heating and air conditioning services, preventive maintenance (PM) services, and replacement of HVAC equipment when requested. This service is for the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (Virginia ABC), headquartered at 2901 Hermitage Road, Richmond, VA 23220. Virginia ABC currently has in Area 1, twenty-seven (27) stores and one (1) regional office (RO), in Area 2, one (1) store, and in Area 3, thirty (30) stores and one (1) regional office that will require some type of service. See Attachment A for the list of quarterly preventive maintenance and service calls per location. |
