Description

The City of Portsmouth is seeking bids for the construction of a new pump house, including aquatic systems, the renovation of the pool, the demolition of the existing pump house, associated site work, utilities and miscellaneous work. The City of Portsmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to re-bid, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the City. The engineer’s estimate for the work is between $4.0 million and 5.0 million. The anticipated project schedule is to start construction in fall of 2022 and complete construction in spring 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
