2023 On-Call Sidewalk Repair Project

Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary or required to perform and construct, complete in place and in satisfactory condition, remove and replace sidewalk, remove and replace driveway, root pruning, curb & gutter and all related items as shown on the plans and specified herein and as directed by Project Manager in the field. Removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, driveways, curb and gutter shall be in accordance with Appendix A. Bids must be accompanied by a Proposal guarantee amounting to ten (10%) percent of the bid as described in the specifications. Said guarantee shall be forfeited to the City in case the bidder depositing the same does not, within fifteen days after written notice that the contract has been awarded to him (1) enter into a contract with the City and (2) furnish Performance and Payment Bonds as described in the specifications.
