| Description | Building Automation Controls Installation/Repair on Brady Trane Control Systems (JOC) - Contractor must carry and provide appropriate licenses and/or manufacturer cetifications to work on Brady Trane Control Systems. Contractor must be experienced in installation and/or repair of communications LAN for computerized building automation systems (BAS). Use only factory trained and certified personnel to perform installation / repair and service. Must be certified and be able to work on hardware and software. Contractor must be able to perform repairs to wiring and / or fiber optics according to industry standards. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of LAN requirements for BAS such as lightning protection and grounding requirements. |
