| Description | Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and Automatic Door System Service & Repairs on the outside, addressed to the Purchasing Department, at the address above. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975 C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.) regarding equal employment opportunities and with the requirements of P.L. 1977 C.33 regarding corporate and/or partnership ownership. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. The Ocean County Library is seeking labor service rates for service and repairs of Automatic Door Systems at various libraries throughout Ocean County, NJ for the period March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2024 (1 year) with an optional 2nd year if accepted by both parties. |
