| Description | 27,575 SY of Single Bituminous Seal Coat 68,500 LF of 4" Double Yellow Center Line All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Paupack Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Paupack Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township. |
