| Description | Select demolition/removal of existing interior steam & condensate piping, and subsequent re-piping of these systems, as shown on attached construction drawings. New piping also includes new relief valve, new steam traps, new condensate pump & electricals, and complete removal & replacement of all existing steam & condensate piping insulation & labeling. Scope also includes backfilling existing trench inside mechanical room with new concrete slab. Contractor shall be responsible for all wall/ceiling/floor repair, including patching & painting. |
