| Description | Direct all inquiries concerning this IFB to: Victoria McAllister Purchasing Manager Email: vmcallister@uncfsu.edu Phone: 910-672-1774 The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified Vendors to furnish and deliver electrical energy equipment for the new 368 bed residence hall (New Residence Hall) located on Fayetteville State University's east campus. Due to the extended delivery times of the selected electrical equipment, the University will prepurchase the electrical equipment identified in this IFB and provide it to the contractors to install. Submit Written Questions Vendor March 29, 2023 by 5:00 P.M. ET The State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more Vendors, or to reject all original offers and negotiate with one or more sources of supply that may be capable of satisfying the requirement, and in either case to require Vendor to submit a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) based on discussions and negotiations with the State. |
