2023 Sidewalk Construction - Crosswinds Subdivision

Site Directions: Beginning at the intersection of Cherryvale Avenue and Gardenia Drive and continues west approximately 1,400 feet on Gardenia Drive. Project also includes Tulip Trail and Golden Hill Court which are connected to Gardenia to the south. Description: Crosswinds Subdivision, shall include 3,020 square yards of site restoration, 54 square yards of asphalt pavement, 37,637 square feet of sidewalk/driveway pavement, 18 lineal feet of 22-inch x 38-inch class III concrete storm sewer main, and 10 lineal feet of 12-inch diameter storm sewer main.
