2023 Bluff Trail Park

The work involves construction of the following approximate quantities: Clearing and Grubbing 2,000 square yards Path/Trail Creation 2,500 lineal feet Gravel Access Drive 500 lineal feet Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement 1,200 square yards Quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. This project is partially funded by the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Grant Program. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Mazomanie within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Mazomanie reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
