| Description | Contract for this project has been designed to reduce infiltration to the Township’s sewer system by repairing fifty-nine (59) leaking defects within fifty-three (53) manholes. The manhole repairs will not result in any additional flow capacity beyond what is currently permitted, expansion of the existing service area, or a new discharge but will improve the functionality of the Township’s sewer system, improve infiltration issues and prevent further deterioration of critical manholes. The scope of work includes all bypass piping and pumping and traffic control measures, including uniformed traffic directors, as necessary, to navigate the complexities of traffic control on heavily-trafficked county roadways. |
