Flight Type Dish Machine

? Receive and uncrate the new equipment. ? Prep and deliver the new equipment. ? Uninstall, remove, and dispose of the existing FT dish machine. ? Set new equipment in place. ? Assemble the new FT and make all internal utility connections. ? Run 1/2" copper water lines. Make all internal plumbing connections. Install needed RPZ valves. ? Connect the new machine to the existing water lines. ? Install copper drain lines to the existing floor drain on the load end. ? Electrical: Install a disconnect and whip. Two-point connection requiring 90/45amp breakers ? HVAC: Remove existing pant legs. Measure and fabricate a new 16" SS vent. ? Deliver and install a new vent to connect the new equipment to the existing vent at or below ceiling level. ? HVAC above the ceiling and working exhaust fans are the responsibility of the customer. ? Make all final connections. ? Test unit for proper operation and temperatures. ? Perform factory start-up. ? Clean area of all rubbish and debris ? Installation of a WS80 Water Softener: ? Receive and uncrate the new equipment. ? Prep and deliver the new equipment. Set new equipment in place. ? Plumbing: Run 1/2" copper water line and final connection. ? Test unit for proper operation and temperatures. ? Perform factory start-up. ? Clean area of all rubbish and debris ? This dish machine will have an additional 6-month Hobart standard warranty added to the standard factory warranty of 12 months. This 18-month warranty will take effect after all of the startup forms are completed.
