Description

Park City Municipal Corporation ("PCMC") Mine Bench Workforce Housing Development project is located at 7700 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah, 84060. PCMC requests proposals from experienced individuals or firms interested in working with PCMC. The work outlined in the RFP includes design and construction services for workforce housing, including associated tax, grant, and regulatory matters, and the financing and operation of mixed-income housing. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through U3P by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2022.
