Replace the Hallway Flooring and Resident Room Flooring, at the Sauk County Health Care Center in Reedsburg, WI. The contractor will supply support services, installation, materials for the project. Treplace the existing glued down carpeting in the “B” wing hallways and the resident rooms (17 rooms) Provide the: Karadean Van Gogh, Wellington Oak flooring material only for ALL the resident rooms on the C and D wings (40 rooms) Hallway Flooring has detailed custom flooring design that will be integrated intthe floor as described within this packet. “B” wing hallways; Karadean Van Gogh Color; Bracken “B” wing resident rooms will be Karadean Van Gogh, Wellington Oak Vinyl base shall be Johnsonite 1/8” x 4”x4’ with toe. Base and transitions, Color -Sandlewood Detailed custom flooring design shall be a geometric design. Each Wing thave their own distinctive shape. B wing shall have (2) 5 ft circles located by the Facility Manager. Design Colors shall be Karadean Van Gogh, Wellington Oak. All custom designs shall be interlocking intthe new flooring and made from the same materials.
