Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, insurance necessary to provide total maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, replacements of the fire alarm, sprinkler system and all fire extinguishers. The contractor shall render four (4) inspections per year on the fire alarm and sprinkler systems. The fire extinguishers shall be inspected, serviced, recharged and certified as required by code. For maintenance service contract for fire alarm, sprinkler system, and fire extinguisher at the Essex-Rosedale District Court/Multi-Service Center located at 8914 Kelso Drive, Baltimore, MD 21221 for a period of three (3) years beginning 08/01/2022 through 07/31/2025.
