Lake May Reserve Site 5 Improvements

**As of September 8, 2022, project was awarded to Bulldog Sitework LCC but awarded amount is not available.** Lake May Reserve Site 5 Improvements Stated that Friday June 15, 2022, would be the last day for questions to be submitted. Addenda will be issued as quickly as possible after final questions deadline. Last Day to Ask Questions: 07/15/2022 Site preparation, clearing and grubbing existing wooded area, grading, construction of retention pond and swales, parking lot, asphaltic drive lane, speed humps, pavedrain system for parking spaces and sidewalks, retaining wall, vehicular entrance gate, , construction of concrete sidewalk on restroom perimeter, concrete pad for bike racks, concrete curbs, signing and pavement markings, handicap parking spaces signs (bollard mounted), ADA curb ramps and detectable warning mats, construction of a well (refer to sheet CS-14 and Exhibit F - Well System), septic system, and installation of silt fence. 2.2. Existing Precast Concrete Restroom Relocation: Contractor to remove and relocate the existing precast concrete restroom within the park facilities from Site #4 to Site #5 instead of installing a new prefabricated restroom. Refer to Construction Documents sheet CS-06 for existing and proposed restroom location. Also refer to Exhibit E - Precast Concrete Restroom Relocation and Installation Instructions for specific requirements. 2.3. Electrical Service: Contractor to furnish and install a turn-key electrical service including but not limited to installation of electrical conduit under County Road 44A by directional boring from existing utility pole located across County Road 44A to new electrical panel inside the park facility, installation of electrical conduits, conductors and electrical panels including all necessary electrical components to provide power service to the proposed restroom building and potable well system under this bid
