Ultra Violet Lighting and Sterilization in HVAC

The ESCNJ Cooperative Pricing System is requesting bids for Ultra Violet Lighting and Sterilization in HVAC to help disinfect coils, improve air quality and provide associated efficiency and maintenance benefits. The respondent(s) shall supply labor, materials, and equipment to perform this work for ESCNJ Members located throughout the State. Successful respondents have the potential to serve over 1,300+ public entities; therefore, the ESCNJ asks that you provide better and more competitive pricing than what you would ordinarily offer to an individual public entity on a standalone bid. The Co-op’s objective is to provide the lowest pricing possible for a large pool of users, which affords vendors the opportunity of gaining a large number of customers throughout the State. Please consider this when bidding. The need for Ultra Violet Lighting and Sterilization in HVAC may vary by Member; vendors are encouraged to market their contracts diligently. Bidders shall be prequalified by the New Jersey Division Property Management and Construction in the trade categories listed below: C047- Electrical

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
