Jefferson County Courthouse Annex and Parking Deck Elevator Modernization

The Project generally includes the replacement and refurbishment of the existing elevators and elevator equipment, the addition of new HVAC system to serve the elevator machine room and rework of elevator electrical service. The project also includes removal and replacement of elevator equipment, limited metal stud/drywall walls with hollow metal doors. Work is to take place in multiple phases. Work in areas common to all phases such as the penthouse machine room shall be at the discretion of the GC. Elevators that are not part of the "current" phase of work shall remain operational.

Division 14 -	Conveying Equipment, Elevators.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
