Description

1. All work to be done in accordance with NH Department of Transportation (NHDOT) specifications or as directed by Select Board or designee. 2. Select Board or designee may determine disposal sites for excavated material within the Town of Groton. 3. Keyway milled into the adjacent existing surfaces, transverse; to enable smooth transition until next area can be done. 4. Street Sweep for 5,200 lf. 5. Pave wearing course 1 inch compacted-3/8 NH DOT with tack coat for 5,200 lf to 20 feet wide. Two percent finished slope from crown to edges. 6. Appropriate width shoulders (2-foot shoulders where applicable) adjacent to finished pavement edge using 1 ½ inch gravel. Shoulders should be compacted. 7. All existing paved driveways to be tied in properly. All non-paved driveways to have gravel added to aprons as needed.
