220030 - Lead Service Line Replacement Contract

The anticipated contract scope and publish date of the solicitation are as follow: 1. Removing and/or abandoning lead service lines. 2. Furnishing and installing water services lines from the water main to the building connection. 3. Excavating test pits to locate existing utilities and water service lines. 4. Penetrating building walls and connecting to the first fitting inside the building. 5. Installing meter and meter boxes, frames, and covers. corporation cocks, meter yokes, copper piping, and fittings. 6. Installing curb stops and curb stop boxes. 7. Executing private property side agreement documentation with property owners. 8. Installing temporary pavement. 9. Maintaining temporary pavement until permanent pavement is installed by others. 10. Surface restoration of non-paved areas. 11. Performing work in public and private space. 12. Demolition of pavement and other surface features necessary for new water service installations and abandonment of existing water service installations. 13. Installing taps into the water main and completing tap cards.
