| Description | The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Demolition and removal of up to thirteen (13) abandoned buildings including backfilling & grading of the sites. Removal of demolition debris from a residence destroyed by fire. The buildings will be demolished per NYSDOL ICR-56 11.5 – Controlled Demolition with Asbestos in Place. |
