Description

To remove the old patio covers and debris from site and replace it using commercial grade material at Delgado Community College’s Maritime and Industrial Training Facility (Fire School) located at 13200 Gentilly Road, New Orleans, LA 70129. 1. Replace a 12’ x 40’ Free standing patio cover next to the burn building. 2. Replace a 10’ x 12’ Patio cover to be connected to the container on the south side of the yard. 3. Replace a 12’ x 22’ Patio cover to be connected to the front of Building 7. 4. Replace a 12’ x 12’ Patio cover to be connected to the rear of Building 7. 5. Replace 3 down spouts on the Industrial Building. 6. Replace 2 down spouts on the northwest awning of Building 7.
