Waxhaw Downtown Park - Offsite Roadway Improvements

The project consists of ail necessary work to complete the Waxhaw Downtown Park including but not limited to: asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, stormwater improvements, grading,erosion control and miscellaneous site improvements as detailed on this bid form and on the Project Plans.Bids will be received art a unit price and lump sum cost basis. The Contractor and ail Subcontractors shall comply with the Department of Labor Safety and Health Regulations for construction promulgated under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (PL91-596) and under Section 1D7 of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (PL91-54), or latest revisions. The Town reserves the right to reject any or ail Bids, including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and will award to lowest responsive and responsible Bidder taking into consideration quality, performs nee, and time specified in Bid Form for performance of Work. Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities. Duncan-Parnell is the only source to obtain the official bid package. The project will be bid under a formal bid process.
