Replace Windows Lupton Hall - Phase 2 of 2

As of February 24, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work of this single bid project includes the replacement of select windows, barrel vault skylight, exterior and overhead doors. In addition, the removal of obsolete mechanical equipment and restoration work at exterior lintels and associated masonry. Location- 2350 NY-110 Farmingdale, NY 11735 All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
