Description | The Town of East Hartford is seeking the services of a qualified snow removal contractor to provide property maintenance services for Church Corners Inn, which includes 860 and 860 Rear Main Street (the Property). The project scope encompasses year-round property maintenance including litter control, green space/hardscape maintenance, and winter weather maintenance at the Property and along the road right-of-way adjacent to the parcels. Contractors must be skilled and experienced in working with municipalities in Connecticut and possess thorough knowledge of property maintenance. Proposals may be mailed to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Town of East Hartford, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, 06108 by USPS, FedEx, or UPS, or delivered in person to the Office of the Purchasing Agent at the Community Cultural Center, 50 Chapman Place, East Hartford, Connecticut, 06108. Proposals may also be placed in the drop box located at 50 Chapman Place. Please note that the physical location of the Office of the Purchasing Agent is changing due to Town Hall renovations, but the mailing address remains the same.
