Statewide Pavement Maintenance 2023-2024

US Mail or Third-party delivery (UPS, Fedex, or DHL) to State of Wisconsin, Administration Building, 7th Floor, 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703; or Hand delivery to the drop box labeled SEALED BIDS ONLY in front of the State of Wisconsin Administration Building located at 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703. In general, the work consists of: crack sealing and infrared heat patching of asphaltic pavements for various roadway and parking facilities statewide for a two-year period (through December 31, 2024). Base bids will be received as follows: Unit Prices for each of the five (5) geographic regions located statewide Please see regional map on page GRsp-9. Award of contracts for any of the five (5) regions will be made to the lowest combined total price of unit price base bids for crack sealing and infrared heat patches for each respective area. Total Base Bids for Areas 1 through 5 will be for 1,000 lineal feet of routed crack cleaning and filling at the per foot unit price, and for 20 full heats of infrared thermal bond seamless asphalt patches at the per heat unit price This quantity and bid amount is only for the basis of award and does not represent the quantity or value of work in any given area
