FM 730 Utility Relocations - Phase II

This project generally consists of the installation of approximate 1,060 LF of 8" diameter sanitary sewer line, approximately and 1,100 LF of 6" force main and 1,940 LF of 6", 8" and 12" water line. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice to Bidders. The successful bidder shall demonstrate adequate and substantial documented experience in the construction disciplines necessary for constructing the project. Appropriate instructions and bidder experience requirements are described elsewhere in the bound contractual documents. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening.
